Try these under-the-sea themed cookie cutters with the following recipe for orange-flavoured cookies!

You’ll need:

• 3 ½ oz vegan margarine
• 1 ¾ oz of golden caster sugar
• 5 ½ plain flour - plus extra for dusting
• Zest of ½ an orange
• 3 ½ oz icing sugar
• 4 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice

What to do:

1. Mix margarine and sugar until creamy.
2. Add the orange zest and flour to make a dough.
3. Bring the dough together with your hands, roll into a ball, cover and refrigerate for 40 mins.
4. Preheat the oven to 140C and line two baking trays with baking paper.
5. Roll the dough on a floured surface to 4mm thick.
6. Use your shark cutters to cut out cookie shapes.
7. Bake the biscuits for 12-14 minutes.
8. Stir icing sugar and orange juice together - plus food colouring if you want a different colour...get creative!
9. Ice cookies once they’re fully cooled.
